Refunds & Returns Policy

INVALID REASONS FOR REFUND

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at My Tool Bucket. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, read all the reviews and product description and not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. We will NOT offer a refund for this situation nor do we offer price matching.

We are not responsible and will not refund any items that are unable to be delivered due to the customer providing incorrect/improper or misspelt shipping address.

FULL REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster) 

Your order tracking states your package has been delivered even when you state otherwise.

Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of mytoolbucket.com

If you purchased a product directly at www.mytoolbucket.com and are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you may return the product within thirty (30) days of the ship date. To be eligible for a refund, you must promptly return the product to us, and the product (and all documentation) must be in the same condition that you received it, reasonable wear and tear excepted. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

In order to return your My Tool Bucket Product, please contact Customer Service at support@mytoolbucket.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the product (with a prominent indication of the RMA) to My Tool Bucket (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions).

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the returned product (excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned product accompanied by the applicable RMA.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange any product that has not been used within thirty (30) days of the ship date. To be eligible for an exchange, you must promptly return the product to us, and the product (and all documentation) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

In order to exchange any UNUSED product, please contact Customer Service at support@mytoolbucket.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with a prominent indication of the RMA) to My Tool Bucket(or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions). You must also clearly indicate whether you are exchanging the Product for a refund or for other Products (in which case you need to provide us with all pertinent information, including credit card number).

Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether or not it qualifies for an exchange. If you have elected to exchange the product for other products, then we will fill your order as soon as we can. If you have elected to receive a refund, then we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the product (excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such product accompanied by the applicable RMA.

EXCLUSIONS

Our policy regarding returns and exchanges lasts for thirty (30) days after the date when your product was shipped. If more than 30 days have gone by since your product ship date, unfortunately, we will be unable to provide you with an RMA and will not offer you a refund or exchange. We may refuse to offer you a refund or exchange if you fail to deliver the product to us within ten (10) days after your RMA is issued.

Products that are shipped to us without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for all costs incurred in shipping your product to us, as well as any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. You must use a trackable delivery service and/or purchasing insurance to cover your risk (you must send us the tracking number once shipped). Even if we have issued an RMA, we will not issue any refund or make any exchange for products that are not received or that are damaged in transit.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing delay before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mytoolbucket.com.

GIFTS

If the My Tool Bucket Product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or exchange. Once the Product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves rather than you, then we will issue the appropriate refund to the gift giver, which will inform them about your return.

  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?


Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped (cancellation MUST be within 30 minutes after you placed the order). You will have to wait for the product to be delivered and then send the product back with a tracking number (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and customs fees). Once we receive your item then we will issue you a full refund minus 20% restocking fee and charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped (which MUST be within 30 minutes after you placed the order - no exceptions) then you will be entitled to a refund - however we will charge an 8% fee to cover the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
